 개역개정 어떤 에피쿠로스와 스토아 철학자들도 바울과 쟁론할새 어떤 사람은 이르되 이 말쟁이가 무슨 말을 하고자 하느냐 하고 어떤 사람은 이르되 이방 신들을 전하는 사람인가보다 하니 이는 바울이 예수와 부활을 전하기 때문이러라
 KJV Then certain philosophers of the Epicureans, and of the Stoicks, encountered him. And some said, What will this babbler say? other some, He seemeth to be a setter forth of strange gods: because he preached unto them Jesus, and the resurrection.
 NIV A group of Epicurean and Stoic philosophers began to dispute with him. Some of them asked, "What is this babbler trying to say?" Others remarked, "He seems to be advocating foreign gods." They said this because Paul was preaching the good news about Jesus and the resurrection.
 공동번역 에피쿠로스 학파와 스토아 학파의 몇몇 철학자들은 바울로와 토론을 해 보고는 `이 떠버리가 도대체 무슨 소리를 하려는 것인가 ?'하기도 하고 또 바울로가 예수와 그의 부활에 관하여 설교하는 것을 보고는 `다른 나라의 신들을 선전하는 모양이다'라고 말하기도 하였다.
 북한성경 몇몇 에비구레오와 스도이고 철학자들은 바울과 토론을 해보고는 "이 떠벌이가 도대체 무슨 소리를 하려는 것인가?"하기도 하고 또 바울이 예수와 그의 부활에 대하여 설교하는 것을 보고는 "다른 나라 신들을 선전하는 모양이다."라고 말하기도 하였다.
 Afr1953 En sommige van die Epikur??ese en die Sto?synse wysgere het met hom gestry, en sommige het ges?: Wat sou hierdie praatjiesmaker tog wil s?? Ander weer: Dit lyk of hy 'n verkondiger is van vreemde gode -- omdat hy aan hulle die evangelie van Jesus en die opstanding verkondig het.

 ACV And also some of the Epicurean and Stoic philosophers encountered him. And some said, Whatever does this babbler want to say? But others, He seems to be a proclaimer of strange deities, because he brought the good-news--Jesus and the resurrection.

 BBE And some of those who were supporters of the theories of the Epicureans and the Stoics, had a meeting with him. And some said, What is this talker of foolish words saying? And others, He seems to be a preacher of strange gods: because he was preaching of Jesus and his coming back from the dead.
